A product will only be exchanged if a fault is found, which must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the dress.

HY's Studio does not offer any cash refund on products that have been purchased and delivered. Customized orders or any orders placed using a discount code are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

HY's Studio reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to: the item being out of stock, pricing errors, a defect identified during quality control, or a declined credit/debit card transaction by the issuing financial institution
